1. What materials are your pet bowls made from?
Our bowls are made from food-grade stainless steel, BPA-free plastic, and eco-friendly silicone, depending on the model.

2. Are your feeding products dishwasher safe?
Yes! Most of our items are dishwasher safe unless otherwise stated on the product page.

3. Do you offer non-slip bowls?
Absolutely! Many of our bowls have non-slip rubber bases to prevent sliding during feeding time.

4. Do you carry slow feeder bowls?
Yes, we offer slow-feeder bowls designed to help pets eat more slowly and improve digestion.

5. Are your products safe for puppies and kittens?
Yes, our items are designed with pet safety in mind and are suitable for pets of all ages.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

8. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No account is required. You can checkout as a guest or create an account for faster future orders.

9. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping, but you can leave a note during checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

10. Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise specified in the promotion.

11. How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7 days within the USA and up to 15 days in Europe.

12. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and times vary based on destination.

13. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

14. Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
We do ship to P.O. boxes in most cases. Please contact us if you're unsure.

15. What if my package is lost or damaged?
Please reach out to us immediately if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit. We’ll make it right.
